Government Figures Indicates Alarming Statistics

Publicly available information has registered 345 children disappearing from their area, with 56 of those yet to be located.

Between 2020 and August 2025, 213 children disappeared from care facilities for this group, with 182 recovered and 32 still missing.

Nationality Breakdown of Unaccounted Youths

In the two scenarios, minors from Albania were the most numerous nationality to go missing, making up half the total from the hotels, 68, and in excess of one-fourth from the care facilities, 65.

The next most common origins to have vanished from both places are individuals from Afghanistan subsequently people from Iran.
