Football Expert Chris Sutton Battles Singer Murs in Premier League Forecasts
The Gunners' 10-game victorious run came to an end by Sunderland before the global break, however will the English top division leaders bounce back against local foes Spurs this Sunday?
"{I feel like Arsenal are light years ahead of Tottenham at the moment but Spurs boss Thomas Frank will have a strategy for this match," stated football specialist Chris Sutton.
"Frank will attempt to nullify Arsenal, who have not always been at their sparkling best this season - but Mikel Arteta's side typically still manage to win."
The analyst is making predictions for all 380 Premier League fixtures this season, versus AI, readers and a range of guests.
In week 12, he takes on performer Olly Murs, who is a Manchester United fan.
Murs' new record, the new release, is out on the weekend.

Olly is a skilled footballer as well as a successful singer and has been a star of multiple Soccer Aid games over time - but he is not intending a serious return as a footballer.
"{I recently played in a charity match the other evening for a friend of mine," he said. "The team was losing 3-1 when I came off in the 60th minute, and they went on to win 4-3, so you can interpret that what you will!
"I still love football, but I injured my joint a few years ago and it even now hasn't fully recovered. I wish I could play more but the unpredictability of the sport means it's too risky for me in my profession to do it seriously again.
"Additionally I am forty-one now, and we are not all Cristiano Ronaldo, are we!? No, I am very content not playing football and I am gearing up for the moment that my daughter or boy chooses to play instead."
Murs and his spouse Amelia Tank have two children, Madison and Albert, and he is ready to emulate his dad by taking on the role of their manager.
"I will not push football on our children but I've already told my wife that if they happen to get the bug for it then I will have to go and get my manager qualifications - and I will probably be managing their weekend soccer team," he said.
"I watched my relatives play a lot, and I really got into it, and I clearly was involved with a football club for a period too.
"My dad coached with us when I was a kid, which is likely where I get it from. He managed our side for several seasons and had great fun with it. That might be the future for me as well, and I am looking forward to it!"
Premier League Forecasts
Weekend, 22 November
- Turf Moor, 12:30 GMT
Chelsea may have to wait a bit longer for their star's comeback from injury but their attack is now more potent with Joao Pedro and Liam Delap both returned to fitness.
I still think this game will be quite tight, however. Burnley are disciplined and their only at Turf Moor losses so far have been against the Reds and the Gunners.
This smells of a 1-1 draw to me, but I am in fact going to go with Chelsea to edge it for what would be their third consecutive Premier League win in a row.
Sutton's prediction: 1-2
Olly's prediction: Chelsea will be superior. 1-3
AI's prediction: 0-2
- Vitality Stadium, 15:00 GMT
The Cherries have been defeated in their past two matches - albeit both of them were away - but they got absolutely spanked by Villa last time out which surprised me.
In contrast, the Hammers won two in a row before the hiatus and, although both of those fixtures were at their stadium, they appear strong again.
West Ham's sole on the road win this campaign came at Nottingham Forest in the summer, when their boss Nuno Espirito Santo was still that team's coach.
So, what on earth do I go with here - can the Hammers continuing their run under Nuno, or Bournemouth bouncing back?
I will choose Bournemouth, because I think what happened against Aston Villa was a anomaly.
Sutton's forecast: 2-0
The guest's outlook: Bournemouth are doing well but the visitors have picked up under Nuno. 2-2
AI's pick: 1-1
- Amex Stadium, 15:00 GMT
The Bees were considered one of the frontrunners for the drop before the campaign started, but they have impressed a few people under Keith Andrews and are in good form with three in their past four matches.
A family member told me to select Bees striker Igor Thiago in my Fantasy Football squad a few weeks back and, unfortunately, I ignored the advice.
Thiago will probably score again on Saturday but I am nonetheless not going to pick him or support Brentford at Amex Stadium.
The Bees have not had great fortune on the travel this term, and Brighton are consistently strong at home. Brentford will attempt to hit them on the break but I feel the home manager's team pose much more of a danger.
Sutton's prediction: 2-1
Olly's view: This could be a match where you think there is going to be a many scores but it in reality turns out to be rather tight. 1-1
The computer's prediction: 2-1
- Craven Cottage, 15:00 GMT
This is a huge game for the Cottagers, who have suffered defeat in five of their past six matches.
Fulham have got lots of talent in their squad but it nonetheless seems like they could be dragged into a relegation battle.
As for Sunderland, well they are the surprise package of the top flight season so far.
Their performance in the 2-2 draw with Arsenal last time out was excellent. We have not seen anyone else disrupt the Gunners like that this season, and they were more than a match for them.
The logical choice would be to back the Black Cats here, because they are obviously capable of roughing Fulham up too and, the previous occasion they were in this part of London, they beat the Blues at the close of October.
However I am not choose that. Rather, I really need to continue going against the away team with my forecasts. I am claiming a lot of credit for their positive outcomes because they clearly love to defy my predictions.
Considering the home side's home record, the only team they have lost to is Arsenal. Marco Silva's side will be extremely eager for a positive outcome, so I am going to say they will secure three much-needed points.
The expert's prediction: 1-0
Olly's prediction: I know Sunderland are performing strongly and also that Fulham are on a poor streak... but they have still been decent at home this season. 2-0
AI's prediction: 2-0
- Anfield, 15:00 GMT
It is a tough one to predict. The Reds have lost seven of their past 10 games in every tournament, but might they be one of the teams who profit from the {international break|
