Fantastic $30 Cartography Software Bundle Is a Online Gaming GM's Dream

Following a short availability back in April, the Map Making Mega Bundle has returned for a limited time that lasts until Dec. 2. Described as a "treasure trove of assets and apps" developed by a specialized software company over the years, the complete package is valued at more than thirteen hundred dollars. Bundle Tiers

Entry Level

The cheapest bundle tier, starting at just one dollar, features merely four from the thirty-nine available products: Fantasy Overland Symbol Collection, Token Treasury: Monsters 1, Source Maps: Castles!, and Source Maps: Cities!. This one's only for cartographers who already have CC3+, yet it provides new fantasy symbol styles for overworld maps, over seven hundred fifty creature tokens for use in virtual tabletops, over twenty-five aerial castle designs including hundreds of map markers, eight complete urban centers, plus seventy-plus building interiors.

Intermediate Package

The eight-product collection for at least $15 is where things get more interesting by adding in a lifetime CC3+ license, the first Annual volume, Tome of Ultimate Mapping, Isometric Cities Symbol Pack. The Annual represents the annual collection from ProFantasy's ongoing subscription program featuring multiple CC3+ enhancements like map collections and additional utilities. Isometric Cities lets you display cities with an extra dimension using angled views from multiple angles. Meanwhile, the Mapping Tome is a 760-page suitable for novices and experts, packed with guidance and instructions covering cartography techniques.

All 17 volumes from the Annual series are included here, alongside a slew of additional tools and content enabling creators to craft complete solar systems, or focus exclusively on classic fantasy realm creation: combat arenas, underground complexes, cities, and land masses from almost any perspective. You can even design character portraits. For $30 as opposed to $15, the full bundle is so worth it, especially for cartographers with temporary CC3+ access and want to upgrade to lifetime. However, it's clearly an even better deal for cartography beginners since it includes introductory guides to facilitate learning. The sole limitation is that while you can redeem the deal on any platform, the software is only usable with Windows systems.

Philanthropic Aspect

Similar to previous bundles, a portion of each sale goes to benefit a nonprofit. For this one, that's Save the Children, established in 1919 by Eglantyne Jebb focused on improving the lives of children worldwide via educational programs, medical services, and crisis response.
