Administration Decries 'Democratic Hoax' as Further Jeffrey Epstein Images Disclosed

Democratic lawmakers have published a new tranche of what they labeled "alarming" images from the estate of convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein, featuring notably Donald Trump, Bill Clinton, and ex-UK prince Andrew Mountbatten-Windsor.

The first release of 19 images—some of which have been seen before—along with another 70 issued later on Friday account for a minuscule portion of the almost 100,000 images handed over to the House oversight committee, which is examining the behavior and associations of Epstein.

The disgraced financier died by an apparent self-inflicted death in a New York prison cell in 2019 after being accused of sex-trafficking charges.

High-Profile Individuals in the Photos

Included in the high-profile individuals seen in the first release are public figures including movie maker Woody Allen; Microsoft creator Bill Gates; and Richard Branson, originator of the Virgin empire.

Donald Trump is pictured in three of the first nineteen images. In one, he is photographed with six women, whose faces are obscured.

Administration Reaction

The White House reacted to the release in a official comment, charging Democrats of selectively "hand-picking" the images for political purposes and to "seek to establish a false storyline."

"This Democratic fabrication against President Trump has been time and again refuted," a White House spokesperson stated, insisting that "this presidency has accomplished more for Epstein's victims than Democrats have ever done by consistently demanding openness, releasing numerous documents of documents, and demanding additional probes into Epstein's Democrat friends."

Panel Member Comment

The images were disclosed without context, but according to a Democratic representative from California and senior member of the oversight committee, they prompt further inquiries about Epstein's connections to affluent people.

"Now is the occasion to halt this White House cover-up and bring justice to the survivors of Jeffrey Epstein and his influential associates," he stated in a release.

The publication of these images comes as the House panel continuing its inquiry into the affair.
